Job summary

The Junkluggers is seeking a Frontline Junk Removal Specialist to be the company’s face to customers in a hands-on, safety-conscious role. You will educate customers, load and unload items, and coordinate with partners to dispose of items in an environmentally responsible way.

You will also act as an on-the-ground decision-maker for routing and donation decisions, with daily vehicle inspections and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – customer-facing role.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to problem solve on the fly to get the job done.
• Supply and reliably use your own mobile phone.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
• Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
• Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.

Compensation: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
