Reports To: Owner/Area Developer

Compensation: Up to $75K

As the General Manager, you’ll be working to create an environment where coaches, kids, and families thrive. Your mission? Drive sales, keep members happy, and make every day extraordinary at KidStrong!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Center Operations:
  • Master the Numbers: Know your KPIs and financials inside and out
  • Relationship Guru: Be the friendly face everyone loves to see
  • Keep it Running: Maintain a clean center and smooth operation
  • Delegate Tasks: Ensure your team is effective and avoid burnout
  • Flex Your Weekly Schedule: Work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift
  • Drive Membership: Set goals with your team to fill class spots
  • Lead the Charge: Engage leads via calls and texts to convert into members
  • Be the Face: Attend and organize local events to promote KidStrong
Leadership:
  • Foster Growth: Inspire your team professionally and personally
  • Recruit & Train: Onboard and develop coaches using KidStrong’s training tools
  • Develop: Support ongoing professional development
  • Stay Connected: Communicate effectively via Slack and Email
Coaching:
  • Be Hands-On: Deliver curriculum and high-fives
  • Keep your finger on the pulse: Coach 3-5 classes weekly
  • Track Progress: Use the KS Coaches App to monitor attendance and achievements
  • Stay Active: Maintain energy in a physically demanding environment
  • Certification: Obtain Coach Certification through KidStrong HQ Training
WHO YOU'LL INTERACT WITH
  • Supervise: Assistant GM, Lead Coach, and other staff
  • Collaborate: Center team, families, and franchisee
REQUIREMENTS
  • Experience working with kids aged 15 months to 11 years
  • People skills: engaging with parents and guardians
  • Tech savvy: familiar with Google, Microsoft, social media
  • CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • High standards and professionalism
  • Leadership qualities and goal-oriented mindset
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Energetic, adaptable, and team-oriented

Compensation: $55,000 - $85,000 per year

KidStrong is a child development training center focusing on brain, physical, and character development for children from walking age to 11 years old. Our science-based curriculum is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
