As a Venture Partner, you will:

• Source and evaluate early-stage deals
• Contribute capital to promising startups

• Join our Investment Committee and broader investor network

You'll also participate in our 12-week Investor Accelerator Program, where you'll gain hands-on experience and insights into:

• Web3 VC operations
• Deal evaluation, term sheets, and syndicate structuring
• Cap tables, carry mechanics, and founder relations
