Compensation: Up to $75K

What You'll Be Doing

• Center Operations: Know your KPIs and financials, maintain a spotless center, delegate tasks, and work a flexible schedule including 4 weekdays and 1 weekend shift.
• Drive Membership: Work with your team to set goals and fill class spots, and convert leads into members.
• Leadership: Inspire your team, recruit and train coaches, and communicate effectively.
• Coaching: Deliver curriculum, coach classes, monitor progress, and stay active physically.

Who You'll Interact With

• Supervise: Assistant GM, Lead Coach, other coaches
• Collaborate: Center team members and families
• Coordinate: Area Developer and HQ team

Qualifications

• Experience with kids aged 15 months to 11 years
• People skills, tech savvy, CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
• High standards, leadership, goal-oriented, professional, energetic, mentoring, organized, communicative, team player, adaptable
