The Lash Lounge is hiring for a sales-forward role in the United States. You’ll engage guests by phone, convert inquiries into bookings, and follow up promptly to close sales and memberships.

Your friendly, persuasive approach helps create a memorable first impression for every guest visiting our lash studio. Ideal candidates enjoy talking to people, thrive on performance-based pay, and are comfortable working in a salon environment with MindBody knowledge preferred but not required.

Pay

• Hourly base commission bonuses
• Typical earnings: $17–$20/hr
