Sushi Tokyo Inc. Brooklyn restaurant is hiring a part-time sushi chef for Saturday night and Sunday morning shifts. Must have 2 years sushi chef experience, knife skills and knowledge of fish cutting. Starting pay $25–$28 per hour plus tips in a fast-paced environment with high standards.

Qualifications
