CNA Certified Nurse Assistant for Live-In Care in Oklahoma City

Position: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Live-In Care

Location: Oklahoma City

Job Type: Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated live-in CNA who is willing to stay 24 hours at a time. Join our team to support clients in their homes. Whether starting your home care career or an experienced aide, we have opportunities for you.

Job Summary:

The Caregiver provides clients with personal care and homemaker/companion services based on an established care plan to help them remain in their homes.

Essential Functions:

1. Personal Care:
   • Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, nail/skin care, back care, foot care, shampoo, oral hygiene, ambulation, transfers, range of motion exercises, safe use of equipment (wheelchair, walker, crutches, cane), position changes, toileting, commode, incontinent care, meal planning, preparation, and feeding assistance.
2. Companion/Sitter/Household Management:
   • Provide companionship and respite services.
   • Perform homemaking tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping/mopping, dishes, changing linens, laundry, and bathroom cleaning.

Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA or Home Health Aide course.
• At least six months of caregiving experience preferred.
• Good standing on the State’s Caregiver Registry.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Valid driver’s license and access to insured transportation.
