Job summary

GameDay Men's Health in Carmel and Fishers is seeking a part-time Certified Medical Assistant to join a pioneering men's health program. The role supports patient care, phlebotomy, injections, and lab workflows in a clinic setting built for comfort.

Expect 20–30 hours per week with no weekends, schedule flexibility, and opportunities for advancement. You will work with EMR, maintain HIPAA compliance, and assist in appointments and patient communications.

Qualifications

• Experience in related fields such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred.
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.

Responsibilities

• Part-time schedule about 20-30 hours per week, no weekends.
• Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients with 2+ years experience; 10-12 sticks per day.
• Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) – 10-12 per day.
• Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR.
• Ensuring lab results are input into patient charts.
• Assisting medical providers with patient care and lab operations.
• Maintaining HIPAA-compliant records and schedules.
• Scheduling and confirming testosterone evaluations and related consults via phone or text.
• Fielding patient questions and membership updates via phone or text.
• Maintaining professionalism and creating a welcoming environment.

GameDay Men's Health is hiring a PART-TIME Certified Medical Assistant for its Carmel and Fishers location. The position is ideal for someone interested in being a part of a pioneering health program for men. (www.gamedaymenshealth.com).

Responsibilities

• This is part-time work, if you need full-time then probably not the best job for you. Estimating 20-30 hours per week, no weekends.
• Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients (2+ Years of Experience Required) if you can't straight needle then don't apply as we do 10-12 sticks per day
• Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) - 10-12 of these per day
• Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR
• Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts
• Assisting medical providers with patient care
• Assisting in lab operations
• Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text
• Heavy Office Management work with computer experience required
• Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text
• Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials
• Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment
