Job summary

Thirsty Turtle Seagrill in Port Saint Lucie, FL is seeking a friendly Busser to help deliver a premier dining experience. You’ll keep the dining area clean, clear and reset tables quickly, and support the service team to ensure guests are seated and served efficiently.

Responsibilities include greeting guests with a warm smile, handling challenges with tact, following health and safety protocols, and assisting with setup, service and cleanup.

Qualifications

• Experience in efficiently clearing and resetting tables.
• Able to manage a section of tables.
• Ability to safely maneuver chairs and highchairs.
• Proficient in using cleaning tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication to follow instructions.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout shift.

  The Busser is a key player in enhancing our guests’ dining experience, responsible for maintaining a clean and well-organized dining area. This role supports the service team by ensuring that tables are cleared, cleaned, and reset quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong teamwork skills, be well-organized, and possess excellent situational awareness.

• Available to effectively manage a section of tables.
• Ability to safely maneuver furniture such as chairs, tables, highchairs, and booster seats.
• Proficient in using all necessary cleaning tools and equipment.
• Excellent communication skills for following verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced and busy environment.
• Able to work in tight, noisy, and varying temperature conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand and walk during the entire shift, navigating through potential hazards.

Compensation: $13.00 per hour
