Quad, headquartered in Sussex, Wisconsin, invites applications for its Corporate Trainee Program. The 2-3 year program accelerates careers through immersive six-month rotations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, HR, Data Analytics, Finance, Creative Operations and Legal.

Trainees will take on meaningful responsibilities, work across U.S. sites, and are supported by mentorship and executive interaction to develop leadership and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Recent bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Quad sites within the U.S. for rotations.
• Legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, HR, Data Analytics, Finance, Creative Operations and Legal.
• Engage in meaningful projects and collaborate across teams.
• Develop leadership skills through mentorship and executive interaction.
• Prepare for long-term roles with strategic career placement at Quad.
