Johnson Controls is offering a Supply Chain & Operations Rotational Program designed for recent graduates. The two‑year leadership development path includes four six‑month rotations at U.S. manufacturing plants (e.g., Marinette, WI; York, PA; Largo, FL; San Antonio, TX; Lubbock, TX).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and decision‑making abilities.
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four six‑month rotations across multiple Johnson Controls manufacturing plants.
• Own strategic projects that influence outcomes company‑wide.
• Relocation to a different plant location every six months, relocation costs covered.
• Learn the JCI Business System and support plants to meet and exceed KPIs.
• Work with onsite assignment manager and build business acumen through our global learning model.
