You will customize massage experiences, train new therapists, and uphold wellness standards. Candidates must have a current state license, 3+ years of experience, and excellent guest communication skills. Schedule/Expected work hours

Full‑time position

6–8‑hour shifts

Minimum one to two‑weekend shift (Friday, Saturday or Sunday)

• Customize massage experiences for each guest.
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy.
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
• Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements.
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the Retreat.
• Uphold all Heights Wellness standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior.
