Heights Wellness Retreat in Chattanooga, TN is seeking licensed Massage Therapists to join our team. You will tailor massage services for guests, use selective modalities and contribute to a wellness-focused guest experience.

We welcome both newly licensed and seasoned therapists. Independent contractors are encouraged to build your practice with us, enjoying competitive pay with tips, flexible schedules, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Current state license to perform massage therapy.
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required.
• Pass background checks.
• Capable of performing full-body 50-minute massage services.
• A passion for wellness, teamwork, and delivering outstanding guest care.
• Excellent at guest communication.

Responsibilities

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using Hot Stones, Cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and Aromatherapy
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• 5 six-hour shifts, with break(s) > 22.5+ Service Hours per Week
• Required 1 weekend shift, 2 Evening Shifts
• You can gross $1,000 per week on 22.5 Hours.
• Days and night shifts available
