Job summary

Heights Wellness Retreat in Texas is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join our wellness sanctuary. You will customize massage experiences for each guest and use hot stones, cupping, CBD, Gua Sha, and aromatherapy while promoting the therapeutic benefits of massage therapy.

Must hold a current state license and liability insurance, pass background checks, and be capable of delivering 50-/80-minute full-body services.

• Customize massage experiences for each guest.

• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
• Foster meaningful connections that empower guests on their wellness paths.
• Help guests feel restored, balanced, and elevated – every time they visit.

Schedule / Expected Work Hours

• 6–8-hour shifts


• Minimum one-weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)


• 25 hours a week is required


• Days and evening shifts available
