Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is hiring recent graduates to join our technology teams in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, IT architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support digital solutions—from applications to dashboards.

You’ll translate business needs into practical deliverables, communicate progress, and take increasing ownership while learning from experts.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, MIS, Business Analytics, CS, SWE, IT, Data Science or similar.
Graduated between Dec 2026 and May 2027; available to start Jan 2027 or July 2027.
Foundational proficiency in Python programming and software development.
Clear written and verbal communication; collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Hybrid work: first 90 days onsite M-F.
U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylum or refugee status required.

Responsibilities

Design, build, test, deploy, and support digital solutions with engineers and IT stakeholders.
Develop applications or APIs; automate business and IT workflows; create dashboards.
