Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is hiring recent graduates to join our technology teams in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts, IT architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support digital solutions—from applications to dashboards.

You’ll translate business needs into practical deliverables, communicate progress, and take increasing ownership while learning from experts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, MIS, Business Analytics, CS, SWE, IT, Data Science or similar.
  • Graduated between Dec 2026 and May 2027; available to start Jan 2027 or July 2027.
  • Foundational proficiency in Python programming and software development.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Hybrid work: first 90 days onsite M-F.
  • U.S. citizen, permanent resident, asylum or refugee status required.

Future IT Leaders Program

This role is part of the Future IT Leaders Program, a three-year rotational development program designed to support our future leadership pipelines. Early Careers complete three 12-month assignments across Corporate IT Shared Services, gaining broad exposure to different technology teams, business challenges, platforms, and ways of working. Through hands‑on delivery, cross‑functional collaboration, and progressive ownership, Early Careers develop the technical breadth, business perspective, leadership capabilities, and enterprise network needed to grow into future IT leadership roles.

Honeywell Technologies is hiring Recent Graduates from Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programs to join our technology teams. In this role, you will work with engineers, analysts, IT architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support digital solutions. Assignments may include developing applications or APIs, automating business and IT workflows, creating dashboards, or troubleshooting incidents. You will be expected to understand business needs and learn to translate them into practical technical deliverables, communicate progress clearly, and take increasing ownership of outcomes while learning from experienced team members.

Location: This position is located in Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

The annual base salary range for this position is $68,000/yr - $115,000/yr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell Technologies considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science/ Analytics or a similar field of study from an accredited college or university
  • Must have graduated from an accredited college or university between December 2026 and May 2027 and be available to begin full-time work in January 2027 or July 2027.
  • Foundational proficiency in Python programming and software development
  • Clear written and verbal communication, collaboration, stakeholder engagement, curiosity, and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies
  • Hybrid work schedule: For the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F
  • Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.
