orsa credit union in Metro Detroit is seeking a branch people leader to create exceptional member and team experiences. This role focuses on nurturing talent, elevating engagement, and transforming the branch into a trusted relationship hub rather than a desk job.

You’ll partner with teams to drive community involvement, uphold security and regulatory standards, and help the branch achieve business and experience goals while fostering an inclusive, values-driven culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4-6 years’ experience in retail/member experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience.
• Demonstrated business acumen.
• Proven successful goal setting and achievements.
• Proficiency using Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire branch team to deliver member experiences.
• Set standards of performance and ensure operational excellence in every branch interaction.

This position has a starting annual rate of $65,500, but your offer amount may be increased with relevant work experience and transferable skills.

What you bring to the table:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
