Crunch Fitness Maryville is seeking a Manager in Training to learn the fundamentals of club operations while driving member sales, delivering a high-energy club experience, and developing the skills needed to advance into leadership. This role requires a strong sales mindset, customer service focus, and the ability to motivate and engage both team members and members.

Managers in Training are also expected to be responsible for Sunday production as part of their schedule to support the club’s

• Support daily club operations, scheduling, cleanliness, and member engagement.

• Support marketing and community outreach to grow brand awareness.
• Maintain professionalism and high energy while achieving team results.
• Be responsible for Sunday production during peak times.
