• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple store functions to drive efficiency.
• Lead a team of 5-10+ employees; manage scheduling and training.
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and merchandising standards.
• Analyze financials and implement improvements.
• Support General Manager with reporting and cash controls.
• Collaborate on talent acquisition.
