Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years in agribusiness, energy/petroleum operations, farm supply or agricultural retail.
• Leadership, supervisory, or project management experience preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally and work extended hours during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Complete rotational assignments across agronomy, energy, farm supply, and retail units.
• Participate in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis.
• Develop supervisory and team leadership capabilities through coaching and planning.
• Lead projects and initiatives to improve profitability and service delivery.
• Engage with members and communities to support cooperative goals.
