Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks an Advanced Management Partner in Pittsburgh, PA, to be trained for Senior Leadership roles across Customer Service, Affiliate Management, Accounting, and Sales. The role is hands-on and prepares you for the General Manager track, with assignments that develop the four core areas.

The position requires travel up to 10% (overnight stays), a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and compliance with DOT requirements, including a valid driver's license and DOT medical

Qualifications

• Must be able to travel up to 10%, including overnight stays.
• Active driver’s license required; DOT medical certification required before first day.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team within Customer Service and Affiliate Management.
• Oversee Service Center operations including service, sales, office, and production aspects.
• Coach, develop and evaluate partners to ensure service levels and upsell opportunities.
