Responsibilities

• Contribute to projects aligned with Experience & Customer Service priorities.
• Develop understanding of how Experience and Customer Service contribute to ERIE's broader business.
• Collaborate with leaders, mentors, team members and cross-functional partners.
• Gather, organize and analyze information to support projects and recommendations.
• Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to business opportunities and challenges.
• Develop recommendations, solutions or deliverables for assigned work.
• Participate in meetings, job-shadowing and other developmental experiences.
• Communicate project progress and findings to stakeholders.
• Develop professional communication, analytical and presentation skills through hands-on assignments.
• Participate in internship activities across Experience & Customer Service.
• Participate in Future Focus program activities and professional development.
• Perform additional assignments as determined by program leads.
