Job summary

Erie Insurance is seeking motivated college students for its Future Focus Internship Program in Data & Analytics. Under close supervision, you will assist with data cleansing, reporting, and analytics projects designed to build real-world business skills in a challenging insurance environment.

You must be enrolled in a four-year degree or pursuing a master's, with a minimum GPA preferred; mentors include senior leaders including the CEO.

Qualifications

• Minimum Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Pursuit of Bachelor's degree with sophomore year completed.
• Additional Experience: Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Lifting/moving 20-50 lbs; ability to move 50 lbs with equipment; frequent keyboard/data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data cleansing and preparing data prior to reporting and analytics.
• Assist in creating ad-hoc and recurring reports using BI tools and software.
• Assist in conducting detailed analysis related to ERIE’s products and services using programming languages.
• Perform various tasks supporting division objectives and data-related projects.
