Job summary

Pilgrim’s is seeking a Complex Manager in Training to lead live operations across our poultry facilities. You will develop teams, manage budgets, and drive safety and quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The program emphasizes cross-plant leadership and relocations as needs dictate. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in manufacturing/operations with 5–8 years of leadership experience; an MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/operations.
• 5-8 years of operational management/leadership in manufacturing.
• MBA is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee live/plant/complex operations to maintain profitable production.
• Develop and coach the best team; invest in growth.
• Ensure safety and compliance with directives.
• Set production goals and motivate teams.
• Prepare budgets and monitor execution.
• Identify productivity improvements and labor efficiencies.
• Relocate as needed based on business needs after graduation.
