Responsibilities

• Live Operations/Plant/Operations management in food manufacturing; poultry experience a plus.
• Ensure safety directives are followed and compliance maintained.
• Develop and invest in the growth of the best team.
• Ensure product quality is maintained at all times.
• Direct production across multiple plants to maintain profitable operations.
• Set plant production goals and motivate the team to meet them.
• Oversee facilities and live operations via department managers.
• Plan efficient use of materials and machinery.
• Prepare and defend budgets; ensure successful budget execution.
• Identify improvements to productivity, labor efficiency, and plant costs; drive operational excellence.
• Upon graduation, relocate to a suitable location based on business needs and skills.
