The Fusion Technician is responsible for field operations, on-call support, and technical assistance to customers. Duties include installing, configuring, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing products and equipment at customer sites, following blueprints and manufacturer instructions, and utilizing technical knowledge.

Key responsibilities include:

• Working effectively in a team environment.
• Communicating safety policies, ensuring compliance, and promoting crew safety training.
• Inspecting work sites for hazards and safety concerns.
• Providing technical solutions and design support.
• Performing routine analysis, calculations, diagnosing malfunctions, and recommending solutions.
• Attending training and obtaining necessary certifications.
• Completing documentation such as JSAs, inspections, etc.
• Performing additional duties as assigned.

Minimum requirements include:

• At least 1 year of experience with HDPE.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
