Sunbelt Supply is a global provider of flow control solutions, offering a wide range of valves, actuators, and accessories from over 50 major manufacturers. We provide in-house valve automation services, including CAD design, machining, fabrication, assembly, and automation repair. As a subsidiary of FloWorks International LLC, based in Pasadena, Texas, we are committed to excellence.

Role Overview

The Fusion Technician operates in the field, provides technical support, installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains products and equipment at customer sites. This role requires following blueprints and manufacturer instructions, utilizing technical knowledge for installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, and repair of assigned products or processes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Work effectively in a team environment.
  2. Communicate safety policies and ensure compliance; identify safety training needs.
  3. Inspect work sites for hazards and determine installation methods.
  4. Provide technical solutions and implement designs for products and services.
  5. Perform routine analysis, calculations, and diagnose malfunctions.
  6. Attend training and obtain necessary certifications.
  7. Complete required documentation such as JSAs, inspections, and reports.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Previous HDPE experience with at least 1 year in the area of responsibility.
  • HS Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Environmental Job Requirements
  • Typically in a comfortable environment but may be exposed to dust, fumes, or odors.
