You will greet and direct personnel with a professional demeanor and enforce site policies. The role requires state guard certifications, 2+ years military or law enforcement or 3+ years physical security with supervisory experience, and proficiency with iOS, macOS and PC

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience or an associate’s degree or higher in criminal justice or business management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced safety certifications ( EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred.
• Proficient with iOS, macOS and PC operating systems on stationary and mobile devices.

About the role:The Fusion Security Specialist is responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. As such, the Fusion Security Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, speak politely and in a clear tone, and provide the highest level of customer service to address, greet, and direct all personnel. A strong working knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures for guests and general personnel at the client site is expected. As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site.
