You will greet and direct personnel, maintain professional appearance, and handle security issues with discretion. The role requires experience or education in criminal justice or security, with supervisory and advanced safety certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain state guard certifications and licenses.
• 2 years of military or law enforcement experience or an Associate’s degree in criminal justice or business management.
• Minimum of 3 years in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred.

About the role:The Fusion Security Specialist is responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. As such, the Fusion Security Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, speak politely and in a clear tone, and provide the highest level of customer service to address, greet, and direct all personnel. A strong working knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures for guests and general personnel at the client site is expected. As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site.
