Job summary

Security Industry Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Fusion Security Specialist in Madison, WI. The role focuses on maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering high-quality customer service and professional conduct to guests and personnel.

You will monitor activities, initiate investigations, and support EMS during emergencies, reporting to the Site Manager. Required: state guard certifications and 2+ years in security or related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of either military or law enforcement experience.
• 3+ years of experience in physical security; 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced safety certifications (EMT, CLSS-HC, etc.) preferred.
• Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site for a safe and secure environment.
• Initiate investigations of security-related incidents.
• Greet, address, and direct guests with professional customer service.
• Assist EMS or other officials during emergencies.
• Report to Site Manager and communicate findings clearly.

About the role:The Fusion Security Specialist is responsible for creating a world-class experience while ensuring a safe and secure environment for the client and customers. As such, the Fusion Security Specialist must maintain a professional appearance, speak politely and in a clear tone, and provide the highest level of customer service to address, greet, and direct all personnel. A strong working knowledge of the rules, policies, and procedures for guests and general personnel at the client site is expected. As the primary point of contact for all safety and security issues, the Fusion Security Specialist leverages a thorough understanding of the rules, policies, and procedures applicable to those on the client site.
