We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Bilingual Office Care Coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities

• Greet patients and assist with their check-in process
• Schedule appointments and manage patient records
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Provide excellent customer service to patients
• Assist the chiropractor/physical therapist with patient examinations and treatments
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients if necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office
• Perform other duties as assigned by the chiropractor

Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred but not necessary
• Must be punctual and reliable with your office shifts
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have reliable transportation to get to the office on time
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Will travel between offices at times but not on the same day
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
