Job summary

HOM Furniture is hiring two Warehouse Associate positions in Minnesota. Schedules include: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM on weekdays or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Sunday-Thursday. Duties include moving and preparing furniture for transport, inspecting items for damage, and maintaining a safe work environment.

Training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. Two full-time roles offer competitive benefits and the opportunity to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; job training will be provided.
• Must be able to lift up to 150 pounds individually and up to 300 pounds with a team.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Move furniture in a timely and safe manner.
• Unpackage, assemble, and prepare furniture for transport on HOM Furniture delivery trucks and in customer vehicles.
• Inspect furniture for damage to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Other duties as assigned
