CORT Furniture Rental in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to handle loading/unloading, staging, and preparing furniture for delivery teams. The role requires attention to inventory accuracy and safety, with cross-training across warehousing tasks.

The position offers hourly pay ranging from $19 to $22, paid training, and a 40-hour week with occasional overtime. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, a 401(k) with match, and paid time off, among others.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior warehousing experience preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred; on-the-job training provided.
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs or 100 lbs with a partner.
• Able to operate RF scanners, pallet jacks, forklifts and stand-up reach trucks.
• Drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks for daily routes with care to avoid damage.
• Pull and stage furniture for the next day's deliveries.
• Clean, touch up, and repair furniture to be rental-ready.
• Maintain and clean the warehouse; manage cardboard and trash.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Attend safety meetings and follow safety regulations.
• Assist drivers on deliveries when needed.
• Participate in special projects and other tasks as assigned.
