Ashley Furniture is seeking a full-time Retail Warehouse Associate in Indianapolis, IN. You will safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings, operating forklifts and pallet jacks while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities include product prep, minor repairs, packing, and assisting with customer pickups/deliveries; a strong customer-service mindset is essential. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Warehouse/retail handling experience preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork and customer-service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Safely receive, move, store, assemble, and prepare furniture and home furnishings throughout the warehouse and distribution process.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, lifts, pallet jacks, and dollies following safety procedures.
• Inspect, prepare, and maintain merchandise to meet Ashley quality standards before customer pickup or delivery.
• Load, unload, organize, and stage merchandise to support inventory accuracy.
• Support inventory management activities, including cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Provide exemplary customer service in the warehouse and at customer contact points.
