Qualifications

Scan Design is looking for a dependable, energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in bringing high-end interior design to life by preparing, assembling, and organizing our premium furniture inventory. What You’ll Do

• Assembly & Preparation: Carefully uncrate, inspect, prep, and assemble luxury furniture and accessories.
• Inventory & Fulfillment: Pull merchandise accurately based on order paperwork and log stock movements using inventory software.
• Logistics & Material Handling: Safely load/unload freight containers and delivery trucks using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and dollies.
• Warehouse Care: Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment across all storage and common areas.
• Delivery Support: Occasionally assist delivery drivers with premium in-home white-glove customer deliveries as needed.

Requirements

What You Bring

• Experience: 1+ years of warehouse experience; furniture assembly or staging experience is strongly preferred.
• Physical Capability: Ability to safely lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ lbs routinely.
• Equipment & Tech Skills: Experience operating warehouse machinery (forklift, reach truck) and basic computer/scanner equipment.
• Mindset: High attention to detail, strong work ethic, punctuality, and a collaborative team attitude.
