Job summary

Amkor Technology Arizona is seeking a Furniture Coordinator & Space Planner to design and implement workplace environments for our greenfield semiconductor manufacturing campus. You will develop workplace standards, manage furniture and space planning, and coordinate with design and construction teams to deliver spaces on schedule and within budget.

You will work with Facilities, HR, procurement, IT, architects, and contractors through the design, construction, occupancy, and operation phases,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in space planning or furniture coordination.
• Ability to read architectural drawings and construction documents.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop workplace space standards and occupancy plans.
• Lead furniture RFPs and vendor evaluations.
• Coordinate with architects and designers to integrate requirements.
• Maintain floor plans, occupancy data, and project documentation.
• Provide regular reporting on status, budgets, and milestones.
