Furniture Fair is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. You will greet customers, assist with shopping, operate the register, stock shelves, and help maintain the store’s appearance to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has prior customer service experience, good communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced showroom.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions.
• Team player with a flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they shop.
• Assist customers in selecting items from a 30,000 sq ft showroom and explain features.
• Assist customers with financing and payment methods available.
• Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Tag inventory and maintain organization in designated areas of the store.
• Drive sales by participating in promotions and initiatives.
• Develop product knowledge to better help customers with selections.
