Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a skilled sewer for our furniture manufacturing facility. You will sew fabric and leather to exact specifications, inspect for color and flaws, and maintain quality standards in a climate-controlled plant.

You must read English sew notes, handle an industrial sewing machine safely, and meet daily production goals. A strong eye for detail and good teamwork are essential, with weekend/overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Must read and write English.
• Lift up to 15 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Sew a ½” seam to spec.
• Avoid skipped stitches; inspect color and flaws.
• Read sew notes written in English.
• Operate electric industrial sewing machine safely.
• Thread a needle; use ruler to measure accurately.
• Meet production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Follow safety policies; wear PPE.
