Job summary

Ashley Furniture in Tennessee is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to transform store guests into loyal customers. As the in-store expert, you guide guests to the right furnishings, create inspiration, and share excitement about our products in a fast-paced, high-energy setting.

You will deliver world-class service, process sales, assist with financing when needed, and keep the front desk welcoming and professional in representing the Ashley brand.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Outgoing and approachable.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service and delight guests.
• Process sales orders and assist with credit applications.
• Maintain front desk presence and greet guests.
• Support opening/closing activities and cash handling.
• Assist with inventory checks and loss prevention.
• Meet or exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
