Job summary

Furniture Fair in Clarksville, IN is seeking a dynamic Furniture Sales Representative to help clients design spaces and select pieces that fit their style and budget. You will conduct in-store and in-home consultations, measure spaces, and translate client needs into tailored product solutions.

Qualifications

• Design skills to help customers solve interior design challenges.
• People-oriented; enjoy building relationships and sharing design knowledge.

• Familiarity with retail home furnishings products across various vendors.
• Experience in sales with ability to translate client needs into product selections.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design expertise in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Conduct productive in-home consultations including measuring and space assessment.
• Engage clients in a professional, personable manner and showcase product knowledge.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent the Furniture Fair brand.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs, style, and space.
• Coordinate product arrivals and installation to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Follow up with clients regarding promotions, new product arrivals, and future opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design center assortment.

• Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space
• Follow through on product arrivals and set up with each client to ensure a seamless experience

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions in order to achieve and exceed established sales and productivity goals
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge, including features and benefits of the entire design center assortment
