Job summary

Furniture Fair in Cold Spring, KY is seeking a Full-Time Furniture Sales Representative to work with clients in-store and in-home to create spaces customers love. You will guide design decisions, measure spaces, and present tailored design plans while building lasting client relationships.

You will leverage your sales experience and product knowledge to exceed sales targets, coordinate with support teams, and deliver seamless client experiences across Dayton, Cincinnati, Kentucky and Indiana

Qualifications

• Experience performing one-on-one consultations in-store or in-home to guide design decisions.
• Ability to measure and assess client living spaces accurately.
• Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills for ongoing promotions and follow-ups.
• Knowledge of furniture and home décor product lines across multiple vendors.

Responsibilities

• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations with accurate measurements and space assessment.
• Engage clients professionally and personally to showcase product knowledge and style.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the Furniture Fair brand.

• Follow through on product arrivals and setup to ensure a seamless experience.
• Demonstrate clienteling skills including follow-ups on promotions and new arrivals.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to meet goals.
