Ashley is the largest furniture retailer in America and the #1 selling home furniture brand in the WORLD. We are seeking energetic Sales Professionals to join our team in a customer-focused retail environment in Fredericksburg, VA.

You will help customers design living spaces, discuss home furnishings, and guide them through financing, delivery, and satisfaction. We offer generous monthly incentive opportunities, a guaranteed hourly rate, and uncapped commissions with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple customers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and learn motivations for their visit to build long-term relationships.
• Present and discuss home furnishings options based on customer lifestyle needs.
• Promote marketing events to a book of clients and assist with financing, delivery, and satisfaction.
• Increase knowledge of products, sales techniques, and promotions through training.
