Job summary

Ashley Furniture is seeking a Furniture Sales Professional to join Regency Management Services in the United States. This is a commission-based role with a forgivable draw based on applicable minimum wage. You’ll help customers choose furniture, mattresses, and home décor while building relationships and earning based on performance.

No furniture or sales experience is required. We offer paid training, ongoing coaching, and the tools you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Paid training and ongoing coaching provided.
• Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and create a warm, engaging shopping experience.
• Build relationships by listening to customers and understanding their needs.
• Recommend furniture, mattresses, décor, and home furnishings based on lifestyle and budget.
• Guide customers through the complete sales process from greeting to purchase.
• Explain product features, benefits, promotions, and financing options.
• Stay current on product knowledge and design trends.
• Follow up with customers to build relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals and contribute to store performance.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom.
• Process sales transactions and complete required paperwork.
