1915 South is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will build relationships, understand guest needs, and present solutions that create value, focusing on connection, service, and follow-up.

The role requires greeting guests, presenting furniture products, and guiding them through the sales process while meeting KPIs and following established selling practices. Opportunities for coaching and career growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail sales experience, furniture preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests throughout their shopping journey.
• Present products and solutions that create value for all guests.
• Meet or exceed minimum performance standards and KPIs (sales, finance, bedding, protection, delivery).
• Follow established selling processes and best practices.
• Actively participate in coaching, training and development opportunities.
• Conduct timely and consistent customer follow-up to support the sales process and guest satisfaction.
• Review orders for accuracy prior to submission.
• Take payments and assist guests with financing or payment options.
• Partner with leadership and support teams to resolve guest questions or concerns.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization in assigned areas.
