Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze furniture issues reported by customers via images and onsite visits at properties.
• Initiate new repair projects and manage tasks from reporting through closeout.
• Hire furniture repair contractors and assess their capability for repairs.
• Lead in determining corrective solutions and coordinate technicians for repairs.
• Assist in furniture installations and manage installation teams by product.
• Provide detailed recommendations for quality and structural improvements.
• Maintain detailed daily records of customer, vendor and contractor progress.
