Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking a detail-oriented inspector to ensure Red Alert orders are correct and undamaged. You will verify SKUs, oversee repairs to quality standards, review customer notes, and communicate discrepancies. You will also supervise loading safety and assist with packaging tasks as needed.

Applicants should be able to lift 50 lbs, maintain punctual attendance, and demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior warehouse experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspect all Red Alert orders for accuracy.
• Verify correct products and SKUs on each order.
• Oversee repairs to meet quality standards.
• Review customer Red Alert notes and contact customers as needed.
• Observe loading of Red Alert products to ensure safe handling.
• Perform additional duties as required, including handling packaging.
• Move and unpack Red Alert items from factory wrap when needed.
