Job summary

Rooms To Go is seeking a detail-oriented inspector to verify Red Alert orders, ensure correct products, and oversee repairs to meet quality standards. You will review customer notes, contact customers if discrepancies arise, and assist with safe loading and handling of goods. Prior warehouse or customer service experience is not required.

Qualifications

• Must possess an eye for detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong time management skills.
• Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and have good mobility.
• Prior customer service or warehouse experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of all Red Alert orders.
• Verifying the orders have the correct products.
• Overseeing repairs and ensuring quality standards.
• Reviewing Red Alert notes for customer concerns and contacting customers when needed.
• Observing the loading of Red Alert products to ensure safe handling.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Locating additional Red Alerts and removing factory wrap when needed; moving furniture as required and re-wrapping after inspection.
