Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4–6 years in product development.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and cost analysis experience.
• Experience reviewing technical drawings and using CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage development lifecycle for assigned projects from concept to launch.
• Lead cross-functional status meetings and track progress, risks, and decisions.
• Prepare RFQ packages and support cost negotiations with sourcing.
• Review drawings for design intent, materials, and quality standards.
• Coordinate prototyping, testing, and launch readiness.
• Build supplier relationships and manage daily communications.
