Job summary

MillerKnoll's Design Within Reach team in Stamford, CT is seeking a Product Developer to guide new collections from concept through commercialization. You will manage development timelines, coordinate with suppliers and cross‑functional partners, support costing and vendor decisions, and ensure launches are on time, within budget, and aligned with our design integrity and customer experience standards.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree; 4–6 years in product development, furniture industry

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4–6 years in product development; furniture industry preferred.
• Strong PM skills with ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Experience with CAD tools and design software.

Responsibilities

• Manage development lifecycle for assigned projects, ensuring alignment with design intent, milestones, margins, and quality.
• Lead regular cross-functional status meetings and communicate progress and risks.
• Prepare RFQ packages and support cost analyses with Sourcing.
• Review drawings for design intent, construction, materials, and quality.
