Job summary

Amber Interiors seeks a Furniture Packer to ensure weekly freight and bulky furniture orders are picked and packed correctly, on time, and documented. You will support the Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager, packing orders and assisting with weekly transfers and store deliveries, while maintaining safety and labeling standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in a warehouse setting, proficiency with ERP systems, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred in home decor or interiors.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Computer and ERP systems experience.
• Team player.
• Proactive and a problem solver.
• Ability to lift and move large items up to 100 lbs with proper equipment.

Responsibilities

• Support Shipping Lead and Logistics Manager with packing weekly freight and furniture orders to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Shipping Lead and Warehouse Floor Manager on daily/weekly priorities.
• Execute daily/weekly packing needs for furniture items.
• Assist in picking and packing weekly furniture transfers and store deliveries.
• Support drivers with loading/unloading and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
